Prohibited use
- Phishing, credential theft, malware, scams and deceptive impersonation.
- Unlawful content, exploitation, threats, or sharing private information without the necessary rights.
- Infringing intellectual property or using links to distribute content you are not authorized to share.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, evading destination blocks or disguising a harmful destination.
- Attempting to access other accounts, bypass quotas, probe private networks or disrupt the service.
Responsible automation
Keep API tokens private, respect rate limits and use idempotency keys when retrying creation requests. Do not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform on which you publish a link.
Report abuse
Use the report form and include the complete short URL, the reason for your report and relevant non-sensitive details. Do not submit passwords, payment information or harmful files. Reporting does not automatically establish a violation.
Review and appeal
We may pause or block links or restrict accounts while investigating credible abuse or protecting the service. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact support@uk.app with the short URL and an explanation. Account owners may be asked to verify ownership. We do not promise a fixed response time or that every reported destination will be removed.
