Effective 23 September 2026. The public site and customer workspace use cookies for sessions, security and language preferences. No advertising cookie or third-party marketing analytics script is currently added to these pages.

Cookies used by the service

sessionid keeps the customer signed in. The session lasts up to 12 hours from activity and can be ended through sign-out or session revocation.
csrftoken helps protect forms from cross-site request forgery. Its browser expiry is approximately one year; it is not an advertising identifier.
go_language remembers the selected interface language for up to one year.
Administrator sign-in may use separate authentication and security cookies. These are for restricted administration.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking session or security cookies may prevent login or form submission. Removing a language preference resets the remembered language. Signing out ends the customer session; use Account settings to end other sessions.

Statistics and other websites

Short-link click statistics are recorded on the server as described in the Privacy notice; disabling cookies does not necessarily stop server-side redirect logging. Destination sites have their own cookie practices. Contact support@uk.app with questions about this service.
